Poor all the way around. Looked at sales first thinking about replacing my vehicle. Sales person was good, Management was HORRIBLE. Was quoted prices way over MSRP, and above what their website shows, despite them having 20 of the vehicles on the lot ready to sell. Blatant attempt to take advantage of customers and the current market conditions. Had poor experience in service as well with failure to properly diagnose issues with current vehicle. This place has a long way to go to match the level of sales and service that Bredeman Chevy once had. More
