When I checked in the woman told me 1½ hours but it turned out to be only 1 hour. But that seems like a long time for an oil change. Since this was my first oil change on a new car I bought from them i turned out to be only 1 hour. But that seems like a long time for an oil change. The cashier said I needed to talk with my service representative which seemed awfully lazy. She could've just called her. So I went back and a different service rep took the invoice to the cashier and came back to me within seconds and said I could leave. You made a simple oil change a big production. More
