Great repairs (oil, transmission fluid, And brake fluid change) but the estimated maintenance time was off by one hour. It made my schedule very tight. It would have been better that the lead person let me change) but the estimated maintenance time was off by one hour. It made my schedule very tight. It would have been better that the lead person let me know that he was leaving for the day before my car job was done. I did not get all of my receipt including a summary of maintenance and needed to contact your service department the next day. Thanks for washing my vehicle at the end of service. I will try using your service department again for my other car and hope that all will go more smoothly. More
Went in for transmission issues. Was quoted for a “new transmission” to the cost of $7500. Spoke with Tracee the service writer over the phone and was told that the only way they cou Was quoted for a “new transmission” to the cost of $7500. Spoke with Tracee the service writer over the phone and was told that the only way they could make the bill cheaper was to see if they could install a used or rebuilt transmission but they wouldn’t guarantee the work. She said with the “new” transmission, it would have a 3 year/unlimited mile warranty. Being that I plan on driving this car for at least a dozen more years, I opted for the NEW transmission. Came in Wednesday to Pick up and pay for the truck and upon looking at my receipt, they had installed a remanufactured transmission. This wasn’t authorized by me to have a REMANUFACTURED transmission installed. I signed paperwork for a new transmission. I was quoted $5600 at AAMCO to do install a remanufactured transmission with the same warranty. I feel as though I was ripped off and mislead by this dealer. This is my 7th Chevy from an dealer and I can promise you that I will never return to this dealer for service or to purchase anything from them. I will also post on every review site of my experience as to make sure my friends and friends of friends don’t patronize this establishment. Classic bait and switch. The best part is the service writer Tracee won’t even escalate this issue to her managers attention. I was ripped off by this dealer who refuses to address these concerns. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! More

My experience once they sell the vehicle to you they are done. Called salesman and no return call and left message and no return call. Door handle was suppose to be fixed where to put key in if needed as th done. Called salesman and no return call and left message and no return call. Door handle was suppose to be fixed where to put key in if needed as that took 3 times but ok when I picked up but had to take in service on a off day for same problem and tried to explain the whole story but seemed she didn’t want to listen. Service didn’t know any problem with handle so didn’t know who fixed it the other 3 times. I have a Colorado and no problem with service but seemed they had a turn over on employees which isn’t as good as before. Happy with the Equinox as second car but just seemed once the salesman sold to car that’s it. More
