Couple years ago I left a poor review with this dealership. I returned for service recently and it was repeatedly mentioned to me that I had left a poor review years ago. I ended up refusing the dealership. I returned for service recently and it was repeatedly mentioned to me that I had left a poor review years ago. I greatly appreciate how smoothly the process and paperwork were completed after I selected my vehicle. This is my first EV and there is plenty to learn.
