Came in to take a look at the SUVs, Fernando started showing us the vehicles in stock. Went on a couple test drives. Was in love with one specific SUV, but monthly payments would be a little higher than showing us the vehicles in stock. Went on a couple test drives. Was in love with one specific SUV, but monthly payments would be a little higher than I would commit to. We were at the end of the road where I was deciding on not getting something that day. David approached the desk where I was sitting down wanting to make sure I would be satisfied with the price as well as the vehicle. We were able to see another SUV in the showroom that I liked, which helped with the price range I was looking for. We ended up making a deal and signed taking the new car home. We had arrived in 2 cars, David was willing to allow us to pick up one of the cars the next morning. In which we ended up having someone come for one of the cars. We went the next day to set up OnStar as well as download the myChevrolet app to help with locking and unlocking the SUV. Overall, great service provided by the staff. More
