My husband and I bought our first Subaru in 2009 from Joe Khattar. He is a pleasure to work with! My mother and son recently purchased cars from Joe as well. Our Subaru just hit 172,000+ miles, so we decided it was time for a trade in. We went there last night with the intention of just looking at vehicles to decide if we wanted to stay with the same model. After test driving two different models and talking with Joe, we purchased a car off the showroom floor. Although I do like a couple of other types of cars, I will only purchase a Subaru because I like going back to Joe. He is patient, sincere and goes out of his way to do whatever he can for his customers, whether they are a first time customer or a repeat customer. We financed our car and worked with Dave Woods. I must stay that working with Dave was equally as pleasant as it was working with Joe. It was difficult to rate the most valuable role that the salesperson played in the purchase process, but he excelled at all 3 of the items. However, since I had two models in mind, he helped me make the best choice between the two so I purchased the car that would best fit my needs. More

All went well Buying a new car is inherently a frustrating experience because a certain amount of wheeling and dealing is inevitable. That said, my dealings with my sales person, Yuko Lovely, was very positive. If you are looking to buy a new Subaru I highly recommend that you ask for her. Very genuine and helpful. More

Upgrade Forester Joe is excellent all around. He found the model/color/features I wanted within a week; readily took care of all details of insurance, registration, et Joe is excellent all around. We got there around 2 o'clock with a car in mind and left at 6 with the new car we wanted originally. Everyone was personable and decent and probably not full of it. 10/10 More

But our salesman Igor was great, very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Even the finance guy wasn't as obnoxious as they usually are. Just repeat No Thanks over and over on the worthless add ons. This is the second new car I purchased from Goldstein Subaru and I would recommend them to friends. I traded in the 2 year old Outlander I purchased from Goldstein Mitsubishi up the road (FYI: totally different experience, avoid them at all cost). I have never used their shops to service my car so I can't comment on their services. However, after reading others negative reviews I doubt I will be giving them a try. More
Avoid at all costs Price gouging, false advertising. Put a deposit down on a new vehicle under the pretense it would be ordered on my behalf. Dealer then tried to force a different car upon me, after refusing to take this alternate car, they "parted ways" and claimed to have refunded my deposit. At that point they refused to communicate with me or provide an update or status on the refund. Ended up having to charge it back through my bank. More
