But our salesman Igor was great, very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Even the finance guy wasn't as obnoxious as they usually are. Just repeat No Thanks over and over on the worthless add ons. This is the second new car I purchased from Goldstein Subaru and I would recommend them to friends. I traded in the 2 year old Outlander I purchased from Goldstein Mitsubishi up the road (FYI: totally different experience, avoid them at all cost). I have never used their shops to service my car so I can't comment on their services. However, after reading others negative reviews I doubt I will be giving them a try. More

Avoid at all costs Price gouging, false advertising. Put a deposit down on a new vehicle under the pretense it would be ordered on my behalf. Dealer then tried to force Price gouging, false advertising. Put a deposit down on a new vehicle under the pretense it would be ordered on my behalf. Dealer then tried to force a different car upon me, after refusing to take this alternate car, they "parted ways" and claimed to have refunded my deposit. At that point they refused to communicate with me or provide an update or status on the refund. Ended up having to charge it back through my bank. More
