Dear Bill, We are sorry you had to wait a little while after your vehicle was done in the shop. We do value all of our customers time. However, It does take some time for the technician to bring the information back to an advisor. The advisor then has to check all the work, any parts installed and calculate the correct charges for your invoice to be paid. Then of course, the invoice has to get over to our cashier so it can be paid. All of this takes some time and of course if any of the persons involved are assisting another customer, then the process can be delayed. We do appreciate all of our customers and are doing our best to hire the type of people that will serve our customers the way they deserve but what you see in the news about a lot of jobs going unfilled is the truth.
