I had an exceptional experience getting new tires on my 2019 Ram 1500 Rebel. I went in with a very specific tire in mind (Nitro Terra Grappler G3), which just came out on the market. John was able to sourc 2019 Ram 1500 Rebel. I went in with a very specific tire in mind (Nitro Terra Grappler G3), which just came out on the market. John was able to source the correct tires in the correct size and schedule me for the service. He called at one point just to confirm the tire and size. The drop off and work done on my truck went extremely smooth. I added an oil change, inspection, and alignment with the tire mount and balance I had scheduled. This went without issue. The staff were extremely pleasant when going in there and John was very kind and respectful. The video sent by the mechanic was a nice touch! John was also able to get my tires with the MOPAR deal going on, and added a Veteran discount for the service. Overall the work came under the cost in what I was expecting. It is extremely rare to leave a dealership or mechanic shop feeling like I got a good deal and great service. Thank you John, and team at Goldstein! More
