SCAMMERS ALERT! !!!! Worst dealer ever the sold me a 2013 mitsubishi evolution with 23k miles I though a car with such a low mileage should have no problems !!!! Worst dealer ever the sold me a 2013 mitsubishi evolution with 23k miles I though a car with such a low mileage should have no problems. Luckily I had a flat tire so I decided to inspect the car underneath and discovered a big mess there was oil everywhere decided to take the car to a mechanic find out the leak was from the heads of the engine. Big work over $4500 labor plus parts so I decided to go back to the dealership and wow when I confront the managers NEEKO and another guy who said he was the financial manager after denied repairs this guys literally told me TO GET OUT 3 times and they try to intimidate me by calling his coworkers. DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. they are bunch of SCAMMERS More
I regret to say that my experience with Golden State Nissan has been nothing short of a nightmare. We were promised a fully inspected and detailed vehicle by our salesman Moses, but instead, we were met Nissan has been nothing short of a nightmare. We were promised a fully inspected and detailed vehicle by our salesman Moses, but instead, we were met with incompetence and negligence. After waiting for days to finally take the car home, we discovered oil leaking from the head gasket less than a month later when my husband had a flat tire. Despite contacting the dealership immediately, we were met with nothing but delays and excuses. When my husband finally spoke to a salesman, he was told to wait for the manager, Neeko, who never bothered to call us back. Meanwhile, we were left stranded, worried about the safety of our family. Upon taking the car to a mechanic ourselves, we were shocked to learn that no inspections or repairs had been performed. The engine seal wasn't properly sealed, leading to an estimated $3,500 repair cost. When we confronted the dealership, the so-called "General Manager" became aggressive and refused to address our concerns. Instead, he and his colleagues attempted to intimidate my husband, accusing him of recording the conversation. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer safety is unacceptable. I urge anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Golden State Nissan to think twice and avoid the headache and heartache we've endured. Zero stars for this disgraceful establishment. More
Two months ago, I wrote a review with 1 star ïƒ should be no star. Today, I want to share the latest updates with all fellow car shopping customers. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! Here’s the continuation of my b no star. Today, I want to share the latest updates with all fellow car shopping customers. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! Here’s the continuation of my bad experience at this dealership. After writing the review, Diane Guevarra, holding the job title of Owner Loyalty Manager, responded to my review. So I reached out to her directly to address the issues. During our initial conversation, it was professional, pleasant, and agreeable. She collected all the details of the issues and said will share/discuss with management to determine the next steps. The next day, I followed up with Diane, she connected me with Omar, who is the General Manager at Golden State Nissan. It was not a pleasant conversation with Omar. He basically denied everything that was promised and tossed the ball back to Cal, the Assistant GM and his team to handle. After many more phone calls for status, we finally got the car delivered on December 7, 2023. Cal, the Assistant GM had agreed to 7 times of complimentary gas fill for all the trouble we experienced. He said each time we are almost out of gas, we need to call them to request a gas fill, then they will send someone to drive to my uncle’s house (which is about 40 miles away) and deliver a tank of gas. Are they out of their mind??? I asked Omar, the GM if they can honor a gas debit card or gift card instead of calling them each time? Omar said since Cal made the promise, he will need to confirm with Cal first. Well, I never got to the bottom of this. A week later, I called asking to speak to Omar, they said he no longer works there. The GM is now Cal. Great, I thought. I can talk to Cal. But that was not the case. Each time I call, the person answering the phone would say he is buy with a customer, or he is not in at the moment, but will be in later. There is all kinds of excuses and I was never able to talk to Cal. My uncle’s car ran out of gas having to attempt to reach Cal for a week with no luck getting a hold of him, we had to fill our own gas. Bottom line, their promise is fake and their tactic is to dodge you and they don’t have to do as they say. There is another challenge with this car purchase transaction and that is the $5,000 dollar of warranty we paid for warranty service for five years. I have put in writing to request for cancellation of the warranty on 12/27/23 and request for our money back. They are saying it could take up to 3 months to process the cancellation and get our money back. Up to this point, there is no word from them on the cancellation status. I am really disappointed with their service and really questioned why they are still in business. If you intend to buy a car, do not take their promise seriously. And I suggest you to think again or think three times before you proceed. More
When I purchased my used Nissan I was promised free maintenance for a year as part of the deal. I just took my car in for its 22,500 mile check, and it turns out that only $10 of the $380 cost was cove maintenance for a year as part of the deal. I just took my car in for its 22,500 mile check, and it turns out that only $10 of the $380 cost was covered, because most of the work done does not technically count as maintenance. I was misled, and all management did when I expressed this was increase my discount from $10 to $50 and assure me that the sales team that had sold me my car had been fired. Update 1/24: A member of the customer service contacted me and apologized for this experience. They seemed genuinely helpful, and went through the correct process in checking with their supervisor to determine how to compensate me. Ultimately they only offered a $50 discount on a future service, so I still feel disappointed in my overall experience with the dealership. More
