My family were very thankful especially to Rachel Haggard and the managers that help us for our 2nd purchase of Lincoln vehicle. Rachel were very professional, respectful, and very flexible to help us with our new Lincoln Nautilus which is an excellent vehicle. This car reminds me of Michael Mcconaughey of how luxurious is the vehicle. I love my Lincoln Nautilus, just love it. . I purchased a $70,000 truck over the phone from Golden circle Ford 3 months ago. The day it was delivered to my house I drove the truck and noticed i I purchased a $70,000 truck over the phone from Golden circle Ford 3 months ago. The day it was delivered to my house I drove the truck and noticed it had a lot of major issues I was lied to about. They assured me the truck was in excellent condition. But the truck was not. It was very shaky all over the road when driving. I purchased brand new tires at the cost of $2,500 to see if that would fix the issue. It did not fix it. I then purchased new shocks all the way around in hopes to fix it for $600. That also did not fix it. I even purchased one new wheel for the truck also that did nothing to fix it. I called Golden Circle Ford and was put into contact with Champ Chambliss the general manager. He offered to pay $2,500 to have my local ford dealership fix it. They kept my truck and fixed a lot of issues in the front end of the truck. But again it did not fix the truck. I have been in constant contact with Sammy the salesman and Champ Chambliss the general manager at Golden Circle Ford since the day I purchased the truck letting them know of the issues with the truck and that I was lied to about it’s condition. Today I contacted Champ Chambliss at the ford dealership and advised him that the truck was not what they told me it was at all and I would like for them to purchase it back. He offered me $60,000 and that’s all he said he would go on it. I have put over $3,000 in the truck also purchased an extended warranty through Golden Circle. I told him I don’t mind taking somewhat of a loss on it. But I paid over $70,000 and have put even more into it after being lied to. I asked that they at least give me $65,000 back on it being I have only had it 3 months and most of that time it’s been in my local Ford dealerships shop. I have not even put 5,000 on the truck. Now I have over $73,000 in a diesel truck that I cannot even safely pull anything with. Numerous things wrong with this truck the day it was delivered to my house. More

We purchased a car from Golden Circle Ford from Nashville without visiting them onsite. This dealer was extremely helpful in finding what we needed. Jeremy, the sales rep, took our calls at all hours of th without visiting them onsite. This dealer was extremely helpful in finding what we needed. 2022 Ford F-250 platinum I purchased online after being assured everything was in great shape. What a lie. As soon as I received it I could tell the front end was messed up. purchased a 21 ranger inn 11/21 - unable to get it into service after numerous calls and transfers to get on the "list" for a loaner. (disabled vet with numerous Dr visits). Scheduled for 7-23!
