Do not trust this dealership. Spoke to Rico multiple times about purchasing a used vehicle they had on lot. We continued to dealership. We get there, test drive their truck, sign all buy paperwork, and we transfer all our belongings to our purchased truck. Finance guy asks us to come back to his office. Finance guy says «your trade needs tires« i said no it doesn't has plenty of tread left. He says we can't do deal unless we give them another 1k to buy tires. I said fine heres your 1k.. a few days later they have my truck on their website for sale. NO NEW TIRE INSTALLED. HUH weird. Sold as is with same tires when we traded. Never trust this dealer. They are liars and Rico is a joke. He is pathetic as is their sales manager. More

They quoted a price through an IPhone text. Then deleted, erased, or unsent the message. After everything was said this $31,800 Traverse was over 40k with no rebates whatsoever. Glenn Smith Chevrolet GMC salespeople were friendly, professional, courteous, and understanding. The salesperson who started the sale of the car had a family emergency when I went to pick up the car, professional, courteous, and understanding. After being a very loyal customer ,3 trucks later. . I called and talked with the GM Manager about a problem with the 4th truck I brought from them. Did not help , I was told it seem like I was the only one that seems to have a problem!!! By the "" GM" Manager.. ( Like he is untouchable. I bought from another dealer. I have bought 3 new trucks from the for my business!!! I work hand and hand with a very large plumbing business now, they was a very big customer of Glenn Smith until we talk over dinner!! He will also try the new dealer when he needs more dollys!! More

Went in for service, had an issue that was easily taken care of. While I was waiting a member of their sales team asked if I would like to see the newer version of my car. I had time to look, but I was N care of. While I was waiting a member of their sales team asked if I would like to see the newer version of my car. I had time to look, but I was NOT buying a new car. (at least that is what I told myself). Not pushy, very informative and helpful. I am now a proud owner of a new Denali 2500 truck. Thank you so much Scott Norris for all your help.
