They didn't need to discount the price of the cars the way they did, but even after we had settled on a price, they decided they could go lower, and did. He was courteous and helpful, and despite the fact that we were there primarily for my husband he made sure to introduce himself to me and address me as completely as he did my husband. We went looking for a truck for my husband and Keith listened to our desires and found exactly what he was looking for. Brian helped get us a great rate on the truck, and while he and my husband were working on paperwork Keith and I discussed the fact that purchasing a truck meant I might want to look at trading in my SUV for a commuter car. He worked with me for the next 3 days until we found the car I wanted in the color I wanted! Furthermore, Brian, Keith, and Jeff reworked the deal on my husbands truck to lower our APR rate, and get us overall just a much better/ amazing deal. We ended up paying about a hundred less a month for my husbands truck and got a great deal on a brand new Prius C for me. They also worked it out so we got extended warranty coverage for both vehicles. I honestly cannot recommend this dealership or Keith enough. My husband and I are both extremely happy with our purchases, and ended up with our dream cars. It was a warm and wonderful experience, especially considering how stressful car purchases can be.
