I went to a dealership close to this one and stopped in here to see what they Had. I first bought A Honda Accord, which was an amazing car but I decided I wanted more room. I worked with Mark Combs with here to see what they Had. I first bought A Honda Accord, which was an amazing car but I decided I wanted more room. I worked with Mark Combs with the Honda and requested him for the second car which was a Jeep. He was very professional and went above and beyond customer service. He still keeps in contact with me to make sure all of my needs are taken care of. I needed an oil change and my tires rotated and called him, he sat up my appointments and called me back and when I came in to have the service done he was right there making sure I was pleased with my service. Employees like him are the reason customers keep coming back to a dealership. I didn't know him at all the day I stepped in your dealership and now I feel as though he is a friend. Next time I need a car, and you never can tell because I bought two in two months, I most definitely will search him out. Please give him my highest thanks for his service. I went looking for a new pick up on a very cold Monday morning and Steve met me outside, took his time, demonstrated the vehicle and went on a test drive.
