Glockner Honda Toyota

I had a very pleasant experience at Glockner Toyota. My wife and I have been checking dealerships in the Ashland and Huntington area for just the right truck. Stacy had been checking internet sites on vari wife and I have been checking dealerships in the Ashland and Huntington area for just the right truck. Stacy had been checking internet sites on various dealers and said that she thought that she had found oned that I would like. It was a used 2997 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD. I called Lisa Allen about it the very next day and set a time to come see it later that day. Lisa was very friendly and outgoing, she answered every question that we had. We took the truck for a test drive and fell in love with it,returned to the dealership and Lisa promptly worked up the deal. She was great. After getting approved, we were led to meet with Micah Aurthur to sign. He was very thorough with explaining everything about the contract and offers, very professional. I will come back to Glockners for my next purchase after this experience. More

I did not feel like they were easy to deal with. They were friendly enough, but they did not want to negoiate. Everyone here is friendly like family. No pressure sales, was like taking a friend shopping. They were $3,000 cheaper than anywhere else. They even sent me a Happy 1yr anniversary email after buying my new V was like taking a friend shopping. They were $3,000 cheaper than anywhere else.
