While searching the Internet for a used Honda Pilot or truck, I came across a Honda Pilot that was at Glockner's. I made contact with Lisa Allen and we arranged a time to test drive the Pilot. I had a very pleasant experience at Glockner Toyota. My wife and I have been checking dealerships in the Ashland and Huntington area for just the right truck. I called Lisa Allen about it the very next day and set a time to come see it later that day. Lisa was very friendly and outgoing, she answered every question that we had. We took the truck for a test drive and fell in love with it,returned to the dealership and Lisa promptly worked up the deal. She was great. After getting approved, we were led to meet with Micah Aurthur to sign. He was very thorough with explaining everything about the contract and offers, very professional. I did not feel like they were easy to deal with. They were friendly enough, but they did not want to negoiate. Everyone here is friendly like family. No pressure sales, was like taking a friend shopping. They were $3,000 cheaper than anywhere else. They even sent me a Happy 1yr anniversary email after buying my new V was like taking a friend shopping. They were $3,000 cheaper than anywhere else.
