Glockner Honda of Portsmouth - excellent service I like to research my vehicles on-line and essentially make my decision before I even get to the dealership. I connected with Kevin Castle on a Thurs I like to research my vehicles on-line and essentially make my decision before I even get to the dealership. I connected with Kevin Castle on a Thursday morning and said I was interested in a Honda Odyssey van and he verified that they had the one I was viewing on-line in stock. I had already done my research and told him I'd think about it. He called me back Friday morning (nicely I might add - didn't feel like a sales call) and I agreed to purchase before setting foot in the dealership. He took my information to get the credit report started and I also sent photos via text message on the Toyota Sienna I was trading in. He called me back shortly to let me know that I was pre-approved and could stop in anytime. I stopped in after lunch on Friday, we agreed on the vehicle price and haggled a bit on the trade-in but at the end of the day it was a fair price. By 4:00 I was out of the dealership and on my way home. An excellent experience. Kevin understood that I had done my homework and was a seasoned buyer. He let me manage the conversation and worked very well with me. Robin Frasure who managed the paperwork was also very nice and worked with me on any after purchase details. Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend them for any Honda or Toyota purchase in the southern Ohio or northern Kentucky region. More

We enjoyed working with him during this search (especially since the Honda Fit appears to be a hard auto to find). Peggy Ruggles in Finance was also very helpful and clearly knew her "stuff." She pushed pretty hard on the extended warranty, but in the end, we felt it was the best decision for our situation. Overall a very good experience and would return to deal with Matt should the circumstances arise. More

After being disgusted with the sales staff of all the local Toyota dealerships, a friend recommended Glockner Honda Toyota. We made the 3 hour drive to check it out and could not have been more pleased. We showed up at closing time, but the manager Greg Gulker and salesman Gary Dilley had no problem at all staying after-hours to show us a new Toyota Camry Hybrid. We did buy the Camry, and also returned a couple months later for a Toyota Tacoma. Well worth the drive. Customers for life. More
