On a phone call to the service department at glockners, i spoke to Kevin Castle, and he was so awesome on the phone, walking me through my options and working with me on what i was able to afford and to do , he even met me before work which was half an hour before glockners open to insure i could get my new car earlier...Loved my experience! Robin Frasure took me through the financing and she is such a beautiful person,,,she really made my day!!! Tanya Aldridge helped me with my insurance, which i have had insurance with rose mount for many years because of the amazing girls over there, Candy Long and Tanya Aldridge. : ) I will always buy a car here...this was my first glockners experience but definitely not my last,,,i will recommend to all of my friends! Got what I asked for andMORE!!!! It was great! I talked to Pete and told him what price range I needed to stay around. I had a few other minor "wants" but most important was the price It was great! He checked out his inventory, talked to a few people and got me more than what I wanted. The 2010 Toyota Rav4 I got is super! I was chicken to buy it right away, so I slept on it. But when my husband and I decided I called Pete and he got started on the paperwork. When I got there, I met with Robin. She explained all of the financing details in a way that I could understand. She made me feel like I had a choice and helped me figure it out. I was in real need for a car and I would go through this experience again in a heartbeat!
