Thanks for your patience I first started communicating with Kevin Castle of Glockner Honda last October 2014. He patiently answered all my questions, reviewed the different c I first started communicating with Kevin Castle of Glockner Honda last October 2014. He patiently answered all my questions, reviewed the different colors and styles of the Honda Fit and went on test drives with me. I was not ready to make a trade so I asked to "think about it" and that was fine with him. In March I thought again about the possibility of a new Honda Fit so I contacted Kevin again and we talked numbers...the trade offer for my 09 Fit was fair and the final numbers were good, but I still was not quite sure so I asked to "think about it" some more. I was undecided about the color I wanted and asked the dealership to get a particular color I wanted to see, and they willing did so. Again Kevin was kind and patient and after seeing the new car I went home feeling confident I could contact him again when I was ready. June first I decided I was ready...the same offer was on the table, and I drove away in a beautiful 2015 Honda Fit and I am enjoying it. Thank you Kevin and all at Glockner Honda in Portsmouth, OH.
