Kevin Castle is our sales rep. He is very professional all the while being very down-to-earth. It wasn't very long into the process of our conversations that we found that he knows people we know. Me, my wife and Kevin all agreed that Hondas sell themselves. But I want to add that having a great sales rep still has a lot to do with the entire experience. I hope that whoever reads this review will seriously consider asking for Kevin Castle to be your Honda salesman. By the way --- buy a Honda! We were so happy to be re-introduced to a long-time acquaintance, Robin Frasure. She helped us get all the car loan paperwork completed in record time but she took the extra time to catch us up on her family and gave us ample time to talk about our life, too. Me and my wife left the dealership driving a new car and happy for it. But we were equally happy, if not more, that we made new friends and were reacquainted with good old friends.
