He listened to my wants and brought me cars that fit my request. It took a while to get me the car but by the end of the night when doors was closing we were able to close our deal and I walked away with a 2013 Toyota Camry. Most importantly I had shopped two other dealers that day that turned me a way. Bill Cole Nissan in Ashland Kentucky led me to believe the could get me in a car, but after making two trips up there, which is a 45 min drive, I was only brought up there so staff could get paid (which I was told by the sales consultant) as he was shaking my hand and saying sorry we cannot get help you. I had given up hope, when I decided to try one more dealership closer to home. I was so glad that I did choose not to give up as again, I was able to get the car I wanted. More

To conclude my experince with Glockner, I truly felt that they were advocating for me with the financing companies and dropped the price of the vehicle $2k to get my approval...all while staying after closing time to get it done. I am beyond impressed my their professionalism and caring enviroment. You would be crazy not to buy from them! More
