From the moment I pulled onto the lot to when I left with my new CR-V, I felt I I just purchased my fourth Honda, but this is the first from Glockner. From the moment I pulled onto the lot to when I left with my new CR-V, I felt I had made the right choice of dealer. This was by far the BEST buying experience I have ever had, new or used. I was never pressured to buy before or after the test drive. Everything was my decision, and the entire process was clear and straightforward as possible. Drew was nothing but excellent to work with. He found exactly what I was looking for, got the keys, and had me on my test drive within 15 minutes. When I arrived back, my trade in had been appraised and much of the paperwork was in progress. Drew went over every feature with me (and there's a lot on the CR-V) in detail. I felt like I was buying from family. It was nice dealing with a dealership that respects its employees families by being closed on Sunday, which was another reason I chose to purchase from Glockner. Joe was also fantastic in explaining every optional warranty available. I feel 100% confident I made the right choice in vehicle and dealer. Keep up the good work. I will be back to purchase more!
