He was very pleasant and easy to talk to. We had to order a cargo cover and he called and ask me to come out the next day. It was one of those really hot days, over a 100 and half way there I got sick (heat). I called Eddie and told him I had to go home and why, could I come out another day. He said sure but I can bring it to you, I said no don't worry about it. An hour later he pulled into our drive way, put the cargo cover in for us and explained some features of our vehicle that I had already forgotten in a week (I'm old lol). He certainly didn't have to do that but I was so appreciative. He definitely went the extra mile for us. As he left and shook my husband's hand and started to shake mine I grabbed him and gave him a hug. So as much as I love my SUV, I am so glad I got to meet Eddie, It was a pleasure to getting acquainted with him. Glockners you are lucky to have a young man like him. Thanks Eddie.
