Randy kept in contact by text (I didn't have time to spend on the phone...lol) and got me to where I wanted to be and then made the hour drive (passing on a major Honda dealership in my own area) to seal the deal! Met with Joe to finalize the financing and he made it feel almost painless..lol. Kevin was there for pick up and took time (after hours) to patiently tell us all the bells and whistles on our new Pilot. Trevor made sure we were satisfied and welcomed us back if any questions or concerns. This is why I came back...can't beat the service or the people!! Thank you Glockner Honda:) More

Glockner said it wou I want to share my third experience dealing with Glockner Honda. The second was a 2008 Honda Ridgeline I dropped off for repairs. Glockner said it would be around a week before they could get to it. Being a company owned truck the company had it picked up and repaired elsewhere. They just needed it back on the road. The first was I purchased a new 1999 Honda accord from Glockner. The only problem I have had with the car, Glockner replaced an ignition switch that was under recall. No problem. I still have that car. It has been the best car I have ever owned! Now back to my recent experience. On Nov 6 2018 I took my 2014 Honda crv in for a vibration in the transmission. 37,517 miles. Still under drive train warranty. I gave the service team my keys and went into the waiting room. The first thing I noticed was two Holy Bibles. Now to me when I see a Bible or a religious slogan around a business it means one of two things. Either the owner is very religious and likes to give glory to God, or it is there to give the appearance that they are a trustworthy, honest, won't cheat you company. After the test drive Jennifer came in and sat down beside me. She said they would do a software update, and Honda recommends a transmission flush every 30,000 miles, but I would have to pay 185 or so dollars myself. She stated that she has a Honda Pilot and has had a flush done twice on her car. Right then when she ran her con game I knew what side of those Bibles Glockner was on. I told Jennifer I would not pay for a flush and to do what Honda says to do and pay for under warranty. After my car was done I ask her what would be my next step if the update didn't fix the problem. She stated, a transmission flush that Honda wouldn't pay for. Of course after leaving I looked on Honda's web site and found this. I quote "If a vehicle is properly maintained,there is absolutely no benefit to flushing the transmission as a maintenance procedure". I then called Honda customer service and reported the scam. More

We tend to keep ours for a long period of time. If they run great, why not! Our recent purchase was a 2018 Highlander XLE. Kevin Castle was our salesman and very pleasant and easy to work with. He explains things well and always listens and answers any questions. Kevin was very thorough and more than happy to accommodate our busy schedule. 2019 Avalon purchase I was in Florida when I found my 2019 avalon hybrid on Glockners website. I called salesman Gary Dilley. I extensively studied the options listed on your website. I remember thinking. “Wow. This is the car for me.” I agreed to purchase the vehicle. After a few days I discover we could not close the deal through faxes or through the mail. I then started making plans to get to the dealership in Portsmouth. I give them a 1000 dollars to hold the vehicle for me. I arrive at the dealership on Wednesday October 24 to sign the papers. As I was looking at the vehicle I notice it did not have the weather floor mat and cargo package as stated on website in bold letters. I mention to Gary I wanted them included and showed him the statement on the website. I then went with Peggy to sign for financing and finalize the deal. After signing all the papers I get with Gary and he shows me features in the vehicle electronics. I discovered that other things were not on the vehicle as described on the website: a navigation system, heated mirrors, cooling seats and of course the weather mat package. I just want to remind you that when people buy online they cannot view and study the listing on the window. They are trusting that the listing on the website to be accurate.
