We had not planned on buying one this week, but coming from town, we just pulled in to "look" at the used cars on the lot. Having never met Kevin, he came out, introduced himself, and listened to us as we told him our situation along with the price we needed to stay at for our monthly payment. He had an SUV on the lot that had just come in that day. It seemed perfect for what we needed and it also stayed within our budget. We ended up buying the SUV. We found Kevin to be very personable and kind. We appreciated that he did not pressure us in any way. He was very knowledgeable and took very good care of us. Kevin Castle is the man! It was time to replace my car and we decided a brand new car was the way to go. I called Kevin and he talked me through all the available options. We went in and drove everything we had discussed and Kevin described in detail each option and feature of all the vehicles. He warned me that if I drove the CR-V that I'd probably buy it. I did and I did. This is not the first car Kevin sold me and it won't be the last. He took the time to listen to me and he understands my needs concerning a vehicle.
