Great Follow Up This is my third purchase from a Glockner Dealership and I prefer to do business locally so I didn't shop out of town. This purchase was the first from the GM dealer and my experience during the buying process was great. I enjoyed working with Tony, Luke, and Matt. Since the car I was buying hadn't been cleaned or serviced I had to wait a day to pick it up. After I picked it up it appeared it was only cleaned and not serviced. I returned it a few weeks later and a few other issues were caught at that time. After talking with Tony and Matt, things were taken care of. I appreciate the time they take even after the sale to continue doing good business and making sure you're happy with your purchase. More
