Very Happy Despite Minor Hiccups We had a great experience overall. We went into our vehicle search fairly unfamiliar with the make and model we purchased and have been completely sat We had a great experience overall. We went into our vehicle search fairly unfamiliar with the make and model we purchased and have been completely satisfied with our new Traverse. The employees stayed after hours to make this deal with us and we greatly appreciated it as we came from over an hour away. They were courteous and easy to work with. My husband, who was purchasing his first car was very pleased with the ease and cooperation provided us during the dealing and financing processes we went through during our purchase. We experienced three things we thought were negatives and expected as dealer courtesies of a purchase. The first being that we were given the car with an empty gas tank (every car I've ever purchased has been filled and washed prior to driving off the lot), the second that we were told the vehicle would be detailed before we picked it up and the interior had a few smudged and sticky places, and the third that they let us drive the vehicle home without our temporary tag. Despite this, they made up for it by bringing the tag to the place, and at the time, of my choice the next day. Randy even followed up via text and a handwritten Thank-You card. These actions of thoughtfulness impressed us, as there has been nothing we have needed. The fact that we are so pleased with our car, Randy's professionalism and the timeliness and ease of the process made this a dealership I would most likely return to for future purchases. More
