What an awesome experience!!! I want to start this by saying I have known about Glockner for many years. I have always heard great things about the company. With that said, let me I want to start this by saying I have known about Glockner for many years. I have always heard great things about the company. With that said, let me begin by saying thank you. My wife and I were both needing to rebuild our credit. We both have had previous marriages that really took it’s toll on ours. I am sure that there ia a lot of folks in the same boat. She had a mini van that she loved dearly, but it was getting too far up in miles to justify her driving our 3 year old son around in. I was scared that she was going to break down or have an accident. I remembered about your company and the Auto Credit franchise so I contacted them in South Point. I had a few questions at first. First, is this going to help us rebuild our credit? Second, can I still go through this program even though I live next to Winfield WV? Both answers were yes! I told Tim what I had to trade and how much cash I thought I could get and what vehicle I was interested in. He was awesome!! He had the vehicle brought to his lot so we could drive it. I missed my first appointment due to being out of town for work. I rescheduled and we drove it and my wife fell in love!! We then proceeded to set up to do the deal on my payday. I do not get off work until 5pm. This seemed to be a problem since the lot closes at 5. Tim assured me that it was no problem at all he would stay late until I could get there. So he did last night. We finally got ourselves and Tim out of there around 7-7:30pm. He was awesome!! There were still people coming on the lot, and he was as good to them as he was if they had a million dollars in their hand. He took care of everything. I deal with people in business everyday, and I wish they were all like Tim. He was dedicated, polite, and very attentive. I have people I spend a ton of money with that is not that way. I know I rambled on, but I really wanted someone to know about how great he was. Also, how awesome it is for you to have a program like the Auto Credit. More
