Cory Osner makes it her business to know my vehicle. Cory has a keen understanding of the different warranties that I purchased and works to ensure that my covered items are attended so I get the most bang for my buck. Scheduled service, recall, detail service whatever the case may be she has the answer. Cory is certainly a key player in the BMW gold standard. More

So, my airbags failed so I scheduled service with Global and four days later they told me my car was ready. They did not update the GPS software and also said that they wouldn't, and the airbags were not fixed because they ordered a part which hadn't arrived. I spoke to the service advisor and he said the car was repaired so I double checked at the service desk and they said it was not repaired. Then they told me to call back every few days to see if the part was in rather than they call me when it arrives. So I left with my car and an hour later my service advisor said my car was ready to be picked up (weird). I had four other issues with them but I'm not going to type that all out. I've only had this one service there and can't imagine this is the way they run their business. Hope not. More

The Salesperson and I agreed I would drive it for a few weeks to see if that was all before bringing it to the service department. When I took it in the Service advisor said they would fix or replace what was needed. The next day I get a message saying it will be $1500.00 to fix. When I call he says he doesn't know why they are charging me but that is what I will have to pay. I call my salesperson who says they are mistaken and it will be resolved. When I check two days later the service advisor says nothing has changed and I still have to pay. They work for same dealer so why am I getting different answers. Back to the sales rep where I am told the Director over Sales has been notified and it will be resolved. Back to the service advisor who finally agrees a new radio will be will be installed and commits to having my car done by end of week. Told I needed my car but that would work. I called back on Friday and left message. No reply. I text and get "No Arrival yet". When I ask for updated time frame I get " When the parts get here". When I reply it has been almost 2 weeks now I get a reply now all in caps about holidays slowing it down. No apology for missing commitment or let me see what we can do. I then called and asked for service manager. After getting my call dropped??? 3 times I was sent to the voice mail of the service Manager. Left message about noon and never got a call back. Next stop BMW customer service hotline. More
Customer Service Two simple words. CUSTOMER SERVICE. Saturday I take my vehicle in to be serviced for my tire. I receive a loaner vehicle, while I wait for completion Two simple words. CUSTOMER SERVICE. Saturday I take my vehicle in to be serviced for my tire. I receive a loaner vehicle, while I wait for completion of service. I receive a call to let me know that a tire has to be ordered and my vehicle will be ready on Monday. Ok, that's fine. Come Monday, "Ma'am the mechanic quoted the wrong receivable date for the tire. We will receive the tire late today and your car will be ready on Tuesday." Ok, that's fine. Tuesday passes. I receive a call on now Wednesday that my vehicle is ready to be picked up....after four days. Ok, whatever, that's fine. On my way to pick up my vehicle, I am rear ended on 285 in 5 o'clock traffic. Great, perfect end to a work day right. The officer takes our information and fills out the report. Now, if you didn't know this let me inform you, they no longer give you the report with the driver's information you have to wait 2 days for the report to be posted online. But, the officer lets me know that it is not my fault and her information will be posted in that time. Ok, whatever, that's fine. The kicker is, I get to BMW and tell them what occurs on my way there. They let me know that essentially "ma'am we don't care. You signed this agreement that you would return this car in the shape you received it. We will not wait on the report that shows you were not at fault. Even though, you were REAR ENDED. You will have to file a claim and pay the $500 deductible. We guess maybe that your insurance will reimburse you. We will not extend the courtesy and wait to Monday for the report on a LOANER VEHICLE. Never mind, that we have 500 other vehicles on the lot. Never mind, this is not only loaner vehicle we have. Never mind, that we're taking it to our own collision center anyway. And certainly, never mind that you just paid $300 for service to your own vehicle after holding it for 4 days. NONE of that matters. We want your $800 please." Oh, and that's not the kicker. So, once I return home after that fun adventure I realize that I left my garage opener in the loaner vehicle so I could not get in my house. I call back to say as much and I'm coming right back to the dealership to pick it up...what was the first thing the customer service desk attendant states to me you ask "Ma'am, we're closing in 10 minutes, I'll have to speak with the manager." As if to state, "You are sh** out of luck." RIDICULOUS! Why would you need to speak to anyone about waiting 10 more minutes for me to come back to get my garage opener? Anyone? I will never ever come back to this dealership again. If anything, I want to turn in my car and pay whatever fees I need to pay to go with a competitor. All it takes is good customer service and that did not happen here. More
Horrible Service - Read yelp reviews I feel it necessary to point out some very concerning issues with your service department. And based off of some of the online reviews I've read this I feel it necessary to point out some very concerning issues with your service department. And based off of some of the online reviews I've read this is nothing new. I've been in this business a long time and by far this has been the worst service experience I've ever had with a business or personal vehicle. 1st - It took me 40 minutes just to check my car in. I had an appointment at 10am, got there at 9:50 and didn't get checked in until 10:30. 2nd - I was in for warranty work and scheduled the shuttle since there were no courtesy cars available. After waiting 40 minutes for the shuttle and hearing comments from others that the shuttle was running WAY behind, but no employee told me that directly, I called and got a ride. 3rd - I had agreed to having an oil change done...after further consideration (price being the factor) I emailed Kyle telling him not to do the oil change. Never heard a response back and emailed again. Never heard a response so called the next day and left a message. Finally got a return call from Kyle. Stated the emails went to his spam folder and when he got the voicemail the oil change had been done already. I told him to get with his manager with the price and he knocked off the labor which was fine. 4th - Kyle called and left a message stating the car was ready for pick up. I picked it up today and found that the door handle sensor had not been replaced, car was dirty and had grease on the one headlight so the car had not been washed. Called Kyle and he stated he thought the car was completed. Then stated that he guessed the technician decided not to hang onto the car until the part came in. Is it not the advisor's job to know what's going on with the cars he's responsible for? Now I'm told I'll have to come back in when the part arrives, go through the check in process again, and wait at least 1 1/2 hours for the part to be put on. Again, I've been to many dealerships and small shops. Mercedes, Ford, GM, etc. and have never had these kind of issues. To let a car leave when all the repairs were not completed in my book is the worst. I have emailed both the Director of Service and the GM with no response. Bringing your car here for service will be a mistake. More

Many of the issues I'd find n Used this dealer for service for the last 4 years. Technicians are excellent and always fix the problems with my 3 BMWs. Many of the issues I'd find no way to fix myself and/or would think it takes them days to diagnose. However each time cause of the problem is properly identified and addressed in a timely manner. Got the opportunity to talk 2 technicians and they're fantastic, especially the master technician. Had a few inquiries with the sales and warranty and they are all good and professional as well. On the other hand, the service advisors are terrible. Every time I come in for a service I hate the experience. They keep you waiting like you're not there at all. SAs are so arrogant and it's like they have just been cursed by somebody or woken up in the middle of a nap or doing you a big favor for free. If they were my own sons I would kick their xxxxx and tell them about basic manners and interpersonal skills for sure. In sum, feel free to use Global if you can withhold your temper after talking to their SAs. More
