And i was very impressed that your service team realized unbeknownst to me that I had a small radiator fluid leak. They fixed the issue and even replaced some hoses. I was impressed and will be sure to share my experience with my other friends that own BMW's. Consistently Poor Customer Service I had an appointment at 8 A.M on November 27th. I arrived at 7:35 A.M and didn't get approached by the 10 Service Agents (I counted them) in the bay u I had an appointment at 8 A.M on November 27th. I arrived at 7:35 A.M and didn't get approached by the 10 Service Agents (I counted them) in the bay until 7:45 A.M. During the ten minutes of inactivity, I was sitting in my car with my door open as this is a normal request from the service agents. I was the only customer that drove in during the ten minute time period. I am very disappointed in the service received today at Global Imports BMW. I only go there because of their close proximity to my home. I've come to expect poor customer service. Over the past 30 months, I've had tires put on backwards, new parts not available and only noticed after my car has been completely taken apart, plus several other issues. If you check your survey system for any previous poor ratings from me you will not find one because, I wasn't sent the survey when the experience was recognized as poor by the Service Agent and I didn't make the extra effort to report the issue. I've only driven BWMs since 2002, however, my loyalty to the brand has run out in-part due to poor customer service at this dealership. Regarding today's service, I'm rating it a 3 because, Michael Innocent made a great effort to meet my needs only after I was ignored for ten minutes. Please do not categorize this feedback as an emotional rant. I've waited several hours to think about my response to ensure it's laced with facts instead of emotions. If I could offer a fix to executive leaders, I'd say invest in your service agents' training and development because, they interface with customers who are paying and generating a key revenue stream for the company. More
Precise to the point and Friendly. I really appreciate Nina for taking the time to check me in on afternoon when I went to drop off my vehicle. Even though there was a couple of guys on the row not with customers she decided to assist me. My issue was related to loss of power from my vehicle. I had spoken with BMW of North America about it previously and so I took it to global BMW for repairs since they have serviced my vehicle and maintained it also.I dropped it off and Nina took the time to explain to me what may be the issue and also listened to my concerns. She was very clear about warranty coverage and also sent me a text from her phone to keep in touch. My car was ready the next day and she also explained what was done. Thanks again Nina!! More

In my previous experiences, getting my car repaired was NEVER an enjoyable experience ... hidden costs, unexpected delays & up-charges for items not 1 In my previous experiences, getting my car repaired was NEVER an enjoyable experience ... hidden costs, unexpected delays & up-charges for items not 100% necessary have always left a negative impression on me - I've experienced every possible problem when dealing with auto repairs .... until I met Chris & Chance at GLOBAL IMPORTS BMW. They were - by far - the most responsive, dedicated, professional team of individuals that I've ever worked with in the auto industry and I ended up having a fantastic experience while dealing with a very tricky & difficult automotive repair. Chris & Chance - thank you so much for making this experience enjoyable and for instilling a level of trust with me and our family! We will be back - every time - when we need future maintenance and/or repairs! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! More
Change oil, nightmare! Change oil took more than 2hrs, after the car was completed and parked outside lady in the Service counter cannot release the car because she had no p Change oil took more than 2hrs, after the car was completed and parked outside lady in the Service counter cannot release the car because she had no paperwork from the Service advisor (waited another 15-25 minutes) before the Service advisor showed up. Upon inspection there are drops of grease on top of the vehicles trunk. "No car wash"...at which point they normally do for my other BMW 3 Series after any Service done. Upon opening up the hood, there are splattered oil and white like spots (probably brake cleaner spray) all around the engine, hoses, etc. Oil change Service "reset" on the system cluster not performed. Very slappy/poor Service. Not happy. :-( More

A Great Experience I had routine service on my BMW X6. I dropped the car off with lots of pollen. It was retuned sparkling clean inside and out. He truly made the experience memorable by his genuine attitude and excellent customer service that showed me he and BMW cared which is a rarity really with any of my past experiences with BMW dealerships and I’ve been a 15 year customer now but never Global Imports except maybe a one off service and a life long fan of BMW cars and definitely a life long driver. I recently decided to change my go to center because of a really bad experience at Nalley BMW in Decatur where they took less than zero responsibility for totaling my wife’s old X3 on a test drive after repairs (thanks again Nalley for being an embarrassment to your manufacturer - Nalley BMW actually treated me like i had a disease because they didn’t want to admit any responsibility because they were scared babies probably worried I’d sue them) and Nic just won Global Imports all my wife and I’s future business. We also had a great experience buying my wife’s car from Global Imports around 6 months ago so this sealed the deal honestly. Thanks for really going above and beyond on this. Impressive is an understatement. First time I’ve ever felt good leaving a BMW dealership so thank you Global Imports. Nic, you have restored my faith in car dealerships. More

I was told that I needed an oil change, brakes (front and rear), brake pads, brake fluid flush and tires. My warranty expired, so I purchased an extended warranty to cover the services. Two days later, I scheduled an appointment to have the services performed; unfortunately, I did not need any of the services that were required. I took the car to BMW Gwinnett and they checked the car to find the car is in perfect condition. This entire experience is very unprofessional. I am not satisfied with the service nor am I satisfied with the outcome. This is very frustrating. No one seems to care. Global Imports BMW = Hustlers. More

I called to schedule appointment for my car around a loaner car because my work schedule is busy and I dont have the time to wait on a car or be limited to a shuttle ride. They told me they don't offer a loaner unless it would be longer than 4 hours. I have owned over 5 BMW's and never have I heard such crap I did 10 years in the army and have been all over the world and this was the first time a BMW dealership has pull this crap my spouse has a Toyota camry and receives better treatment than I did at this dealership I'm livid just reliving the whole situation. long story short due this and how the situation was handle me and my parents will be leaving the BMW brand I will not pay premium prices for basic treatment! More
