They showed me several cars with great patience & Knowledge and let me decide which one I want to purchase. He even followed up next day to check whether we liked the car or not. I have to say that this was the best car buying experience we've ever had. We couldn't have asked for more. Everyone at the dealership were very professional and kind and helpful. Well after one more visit we drove home in our new 430i hardtop. We love our car but the greatest part of our purchase was the relationship we made with Benjamin. If you want the nicest car salesman in Atlanta, ask for Benjamin. Also thanks to Travis Robinson for demonstrating all the great features of the car. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. I can highly recommend Global if you see Benjamin Young!!! More

First Service Experience Bought a 2016 Certified BMW. When I picked it up some of the buttons on the radio were sticking (Nothing major). The Salesperson and I agreed I would Bought a 2016 Certified BMW. When I picked it up some of the buttons on the radio were sticking (Nothing major). The Salesperson and I agreed I would drive it for a few weeks to see if that was all before bringing it to the service department. When I took it in the Service advisor said they would fix or replace what was needed. The next day I get a message saying it will be $1500.00 to fix. When I call he says he doesn't know why they are charging me but that is what I will have to pay. I call my salesperson who says they are mistaken and it will be resolved. When I check two days later the service advisor says nothing has changed and I still have to pay. They work for same dealer so why am I getting different answers. Back to the sales rep where I am told the Director over Sales has been notified and it will be resolved. Back to the service advisor who finally agrees a new radio will be will be installed and commits to having my car done by end of week. Told I needed my car but that would work. I called back on Friday and left message. No reply. I text and get "No Arrival yet". When I ask for updated time frame I get " When the parts get here". When I reply it has been almost 2 weeks now I get a reply now all in caps about holidays slowing it down. No apology for missing commitment or let me see what we can do. I then called and asked for service manager. After getting my call dropped??? 3 times I was sent to the voice mail of the service Manager. Left message about noon and never got a call back. Next stop BMW customer service hotline. More
