My Second Time Around This is my second BMW purchase with Global and this time again they delivered! Zak was my salesman again and as always it was quite the experience. He wouldn't give up until I was completely satisfied with my decision. The sales direct was a bit condescending..but Zak remain firm with delivering what I wanted. In the end I love my 4 series😄 And I'm sure in a few years, I'll be back! More

Everything they told me was wrong As part of the agreement when I purchased the car they were to update the GPS software on my first service. So, my airbags failed so I scheduled servi As part of the agreement when I purchased the car they were to update the GPS software on my first service. So, my airbags failed so I scheduled service with Global and four days later they told me my car was ready. They did not update the GPS software and also said that they wouldn't, and the airbags were not fixed because they ordered a part which hadn't arrived. I spoke to the service advisor and he said the car was repaired so I double checked at the service desk and they said it was not repaired. Then they told me to call back every few days to see if the part was in rather than they call me when it arrives. So I left with my car and an hour later my service advisor said my car was ready to be picked up (weird). I had four other issues with them but I'm not going to type that all out. I've only had this one service there and can't imagine this is the way they run their business. Hope not. More
