RIP OFF Appraisal!!!! The sales manager Renee was great, the sales person Husan was great, however who ever is in charge of appraisals rips people off. I had no choice in the matter and could not get them to move on it. I wanted the car I bought so I took it, However now I see my car that was only worth $2,500 for sale on Global's website for 7,000. What a RIP OFF!!!!!!!! More

Great inter-state experience We live in North Carolina but found out about Global Imports through a friend. We were able to negotiate a great price on a new BMW 4-series converti We live in North Carolina but found out about Global Imports through a friend. We were able to negotiate a great price on a new BMW 4-series convertible. Then Global arranged for the car to be picked up at the BMW Performance Center near Spartanburg, SC. That was a terrific experience: 2 hours in a similar car on a race track with an experienced race car driver putting the cars through their paces; 2 hours with a BMW Genius going over all the nitty-gritty details of our car; lunch; 1 hour on an off-road track in a BMW X5 SUV; and 1 hour tour of the BMW factory next door. When the overall check up was over Erin came and spoke with me about what was found, she was very educated on the issue. My only complaint, which has nothing to do with my interaction with Erin, is that they could not find my car. One of the guys had said maybe it was labeled incorrectly. Maybe they could come up with a better system when doing services and washing cars for individuals who opt to have their car washed. Overall my experience was good, the lobby was clean and quiet , I was able to do homework while connected to their wifi. More
