Excellent deal on a new 2017 5 series. I purchased my fourth BMW overall, and first from Global. The previous three were from United BMW (now called Gwinnett BMW). Let me say that not only was the client service fantastic, the dealership blew me away with deals better than United, Nalley etc. On top of that, the folks at Global make the other dealers look amateurish in regard to their overall class and demeanor. United can learn a lot from these guys when it comes to customer retention. I'll definitely come back. More
Good but could do a lot better I have been to this BMW dealer on several occasions. I chose this dealership because they are only 1 of 3 in the area. If not for their location I would have went some where else. I first started 3 years ago when I was looking to lease a vehicle. I went into the dealership back then and not one person acknowledged I was there. After 30 minutes of walking around I asked a gentleman that worked there if there was someone I could talk to. He said one moment, 15 minutes later no one, I walk out and purchased my car at a completely different car maker. On this recent purchase, I wanted a BMW. I went to this dealership 4 times and the same thing happened each time. Finally I logged onto the website, did a click to chat and asked to make an appointment with Sam. I went to my appointment and 4 hours later drove away in my car. Sam is the sole reason I purchased at this dealer. I had preconceived ideas on how this was going to go. In the beginning of my conversation with Sam I was direct with a lot of attitude. Sam sat, he listened and our dialog began and within minutes I no longer felt like any other customer. My money and my time were valuable to him, and in the process he sold me a 2017 BMW 530I ! . Thanks Sam! The reason for the 3 star and not 4 or 5 is because this dealership can seriously work on acknowledging a potential customer when they walk through the door. They can make people feel welcomed and wanted at their dealership. Would I recommend them, I'm still on the fence about it. We will see since my dealings with them are far from over. But if you have to go do 2 things first; 1- make an appointment and 2- go see SAM!! More

He walked around the X3 and described, in detail, every piece that I asked him to check. He was VERY precise and helpful and "sold me" on it over the phone. We left early from STL and it took about 9 hours with our trade-in in hand and the entire process took about 4 hours to complete. I felt some pressure with the Finance part to add some services that I wasn't interested. This entire time should have been shorter but it is what it is. Travis was quite a host and a very good sport after all the ribbing we gave him. I will keep him in mind if any friends need a vehicle. More

Just Another Customer I have been a customer since I bought my car. I have been going to get my service there since then. I thought they appreciated loyalty. On my last I have been a customer since I bought my car. I have been going to get my service there since then. I thought they appreciated loyalty. On my last visit, I felt just like another customer, another number. The service advisor, Andrew Warner, did not even bother to call me to advise my car was ready. I waited 8 hours for an oil change. When I got there, I had to speak to 3 different people to get my car. I am very disappointed on their customer attention. More

Deeply disappointed my experience involved the parts dept and service dept. Both staffed with incompetence. They called me to say my part ordered through their on-line my experience involved the parts dept and service dept. Both staffed with incompetence. They called me to say my part ordered through their on-line portal (odd in itself) had arrived however when I went to pick it up they couldn't find it and left me waiting at the parts counter. I finally tapped my foot enough to attract attention and they asked if I needed help. No mind that the individual that greeted me at the parts desk had disappeared in the back for 20 min or more. Then the service advisor and techs proceeded to look for any possible repairs even where parts had not actually failed. The service advisor was excited to tell me he hoped to get all $8,000 to $9,000 covered by my after market warranty. What? I came in for what he previously estimated at about $2,500 in repairs. Ultimately they were too aggressive in pushing my warranty company and ended up with only very minor repairs covered. I told them to reassemble my car and make no repairs (other than installing a new tire) and I would pick up my car that day. While providing a loaner is convenient, the car they gave me was filthy inside and out. The only thing it went back with less than it had when I picked it up was trash and dirt. Huge disappointment. I will not return. They are only looking to gouge their customers or their warranty company. More

Great experience buying my first BMW I did a lot of research beforehand and found a loaded CPO BMW X1 for sale at Global Imports. I walked in without an appointment, and staff were on hand immediately to make me comfortable and show me the car. Travis was extremely helpful in walking me through the vehicle and taking me out on a test drive. The buying experience was also excellent, with no high-pressure sales tactics, and they gave me plenty of time to get necessary documentation before purchasing (I needed an official transcript from my university to receive a rebate on the car). Very classy and professional work from Global Imports. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. More
