Worst experience buying a car in 20 years, flew down from New York to Atlanta buy the 21 m340 they had for sale and I was assured there was no hidden accidents or paint work. With the car being a certified p New York to Atlanta buy the 21 m340 they had for sale and I was assured there was no hidden accidents or paint work. With the car being a certified pre owned with a “200 plus step inspection” I’m not sure how they didn’t notice the hood was painted and not even well done. For the car to be considered certified pre owned the car has to pass a body condition, fit, and finish inspection. But it seems like some corners were cut. After noticing it and bringing it up to the Sales Manager John Gribbins didn’t offer any solutions to fix this issue and just was bluntly disrespectful and rude towards me. After canceling the deal he went to go get the check back and basically threw it at me and went away wordless. Honestly speechless and disappointed by the way I was treated with the car being a gift for my son.No one even apologized or anything for how the deal went down. For a dealer that’s claims there #1 in customer satisfaction this was completely the opposite. Not to mention the mandatory $500 for kahu and permaplate. In the end I had to buy two new tickets to fly back to Nyc from Atlanta due to the no attempt to fix the situation. Wasted a day and $1000 for nothing. I’m still speechless at how they handled this situation. Seems like they just hire anyone to be a manager. More
