Long time customer for a reason! I have been a Global Imports customer for many, many years. I only go here to lease or purchase my BMWs. Don’t waste your time with these low class scammers Bait and switch kings. Twice they have set up and appointment for a car that just came in (one that was so fresh it was still filthy in the pics) and Bait and switch kings. Twice they have set up and appointment for a car that just came in (one that was so fresh it was still filthy in the pics) and when we showed up a few hours later they had “sold” days before (one guy said 4 days, the other said 2 days but according to a lot guy it was just received the day before on trade. Avoid this place at all costs. We learned our lesson. More

I will pick up the car at the BMW performance center on June 15, 2018. I have some confusions with the finance department about the extended maintenance contract and Tire & Wheel contract. We are working to resolve these issues mow. They are very responsible to try to resolve the issues. I have never driven a BMW or have seen and tested drive the 530e. I just bought the car by phone with Robert. This is quite an experience for me as well. Robert answered my calls asap usually within a few hours.. More
