When I finally arranged to stop in for a test drive all the people at the front desk greeted me. I say this since I've been to several BMW dealerships who more or less ignored my wife and I. We met with Patrick Anthony, who was very pleasant to work with. He was not pushy or overbearing like some salesmen can be. We test drove two different 650i convertibles and settled on the one that had blind spot detection. I'd had to contact Patrick a couple of times since taking delivery and he has always been prompt in responding to my requests and very helpful. When we need another BMW we will check with Global imports first. More

Wonderful dealership to work with I found a BMW 650i Convertible on line and inquired. I was contacted by TiAnna via email. I called the dealership and Spoke to Precious. I asked qu I found a BMW 650i Convertible on line and inquired. I was contacted by TiAnna via email. I called the dealership and Spoke to Precious. I asked questions about the car which she answered. I then decided to make an appointment to test drive and called back. Precious was gone for the day, but spoke to another person who scheduled an appointment for Monday morning December 16th. My wife and I went in on Monday and were greeted by the front desk. EVERYONE was friendly which we appreciated. We met with Patrick Anthony and he pulled the the information on two BMW 650i convertibles. We test drove both vehicles and then questioned Patrick on the options of each. He pulled the information on both and the Carfax’s on each. We finally settled Ed on the silver BMW that had more miles only because it had the Blind Spot Detection, which for us was a must option. Patrick prepared the paperwork and after a long time of preparing paperwork with others, Patrick had the car ready and we reviewed an few features. My wife and I both feel this was one of the best car buying experiences we have had and we have been buying cars over 45 years. Thanks to your team for this experience.
