Over 20% should lower your interest rate. Make SURE to double check your paperwork when signing. I was told I would get a 3.75% interest rate and did not look at the paperwork thoroughly enough when signing. The next day I reviewed my paperwork more carefully and they had my interest rate at 4.79%!!!!! That makes a BIG Difference!! Please review your paperwork carefully. Look for hidden fees as well. I spoke with Hassan and he changed my interest rate back at 3.75%, but be careful when signing and review ALL NUMBERS and any hidden fees like paint and leather protection, etc. You might want that protection, but if it's a used vehicle, you'll want to see the paperwork on the previous owner because they might have already had this done. If they did any upgrades to the vehicle when they purchased it, it's very likely that they had this done. Even without upgrades, they probably had this done. Therefore, you do not need to get this and they're 799.00 for each. This was somewhat hidden and they will try to sell you this when it's not needed. Just be careful on the numbers, otherwise the staff was great to work with. FIRST REVIEW: Our experience at Global Imports was very nice! I would like to give a shout out to Arnold Harper who is not listed under the Used Sales team, but HE IS in used sales. ASK FOR ARNOLD, because he was such a great guy to work with on our 2018 BMW X5 50i purchase. Not pushy and overly eager to make a deal, like so many other car sales reps I've experienced in the past. Arnold was so helpful with showing me all of the new features and the SUV's capabilities. I've been a BMW driver for many years, but my old BMW did not have near the features in the newer X5 50i models. I have a tendency to ask a lot of questions, which never seemed to bother Arnold. We had a wonderful experience thanks to Turiya Lafoucade ! She was amazing , caring and very supportive . We felt that Kunal purposely mislead us in buying packages that was not necessary even after we questioned it couple of times to him. That left a very bad impression on us for a reputable BMW dealer! I walked into that dealership being in a horrible position with a BMW that I bought from ALM (never buy from them) and Arnold and Hussain worked out some numbers that I didn't even know were possible with my situation. I wasn't pressured to get a car that they wanted me to have, instead, they simply asked me what I wanted and they made it happen. I've been a loyal customer of BMW in the pass and they definitely took car of me because of that. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone and I would definitely buy another car from them without a second thought. More

I found a car on CarGurus and while I was at the dealership the car ended up having transmission issues. I was happy and sad at the same time because that car fit my budget perfectly. I expressed my credit concerns to Mladen and he was able to find an alternative car that honestly was better than the car I wanted. And it was under 40k miles for a 2014. The trunk light mold was missing and when I told Mladen they ordered the part right away. It was a great experience, and when I'm ready for my X6 I will get it there. More
