I strongly warn you against buying anything from this company, I believe that the company is not only unprofessional but also does not fully align with the consumer’s legal rights. I feel cheated and probably have actually been cheated which was suggested by a few lawyers I consulted on the case. Below, please find the description of the process that I have experienced and which was used on me: 1. The local company’s salon offered to sell me a brand new car based on my configuration. 2. They proposed to me a lease plan with no initial financing which surprised me as I was prepared for the initial payment or even buying the car for cash. 3. I was pretty happy and decided to place an order - after all, why not, I even paid an upfront payment and signed the agreement. 4. A few days before getting a car and after a few months wait, I received the information that they are not going to align to the agreement signed (just like this no big deal for them) and they will not sell me the car for the mentioned price and with the following terms, in fact, I need to pay even more money, they will not lease me the car without further payment and in fact, if I don’t want the car, they will not stick to the agreement and sell to somebody else. 5. I said ok, I planned some budget for the car, I was prepared for the initial payment and despite the lawyers’ advice, I thought ok, let’s make a deal. 6. I signed the agreement, I got the car. 7. During signing the salesman promises there will be no more payments 8. When signing the agreement, the next fee is added to the pricing which needs to be paid. 9. They offered me a fixed interest rate but once I signed the agreement it turned out that the signed rate is a floating interest rate. 10. Once I signed the agreement, they quickly took the papers, acting like in some kind of “cheating house” or “fake loan company” - no time to read, just sign and go away and once I came back to them requesting the change of floating to fixed as agreed previously, they said sorry but this is already signed. I quoted my right to a 14-day annulment which is granted to every citizen but received the information that they don’t have anything like this and I can go away. So basically, the process of buying a car in my case from the company I was fascinated with turned into a nightmare and was an experience straight from a medieval century. I’m a solid entrepreneur running a global business and I haven’t experienced anything of this kind, simply wanted to buy a car, cash, or lease. But I’ve been treated like garbage and like never before. I strongly warn you against using this company’s services or buying anything from this brand, I feel cheated and maybe I have been - I passed the case to my lawyer and I will be happy to share the evidence with other cheated customers. I bought a 2017 BMW 650i from Global Imports this past weekend, 13 February, 2022. My salesman was Greg and I have to give him the kudos he deserves. He was absolutely great. I would have no problem dealing with him in the future if he is still around. I told him which car I was there for, what I wanted and what I didn’t want. I had two other cars I wanted to look at the same day, which I communicated to Greg. We talked for about an hour and then I left. While I was on the way to the next dealership, Greg sent me the figures we discussed with everything I asked for. The other dealerships I went to that day, did not treat me the same way and did not listen to what I asked for. Well, maybe they listened and heard what I said, but chose to ignore. Needless to say, I drove back to Global Imports and bought the car. Jay, the finance manager was not pushy at all with trying to get me to buy a bunch of extras I didn’t want or need. It is funny though, he was my best friend up until I started denying everything he offered. At that point, the friendship was over. He couldn’t get me out of his office fast enough. All in all, the experience with Greg and Global Imports was great. 4 out of 5 stars because Jay and I are no longer friends. More

In the beginning, I had some few hiccups with my vehicle previously purchased at the location. Not to go in details of the minor setbacks that I encountered in the beginning but what I could say is, Thank God for the few employees that still have that gracious customer service instilled within. If I may say, this changed the entire trajectory from one of an unpleasant situation to one of an atmosphere of satisfaction and gratification. With that being said, I would like to take the time to recognize a Phenomenal and Righteous Sales agent at Global Import BMW by the name of, Ms Turiya. Lafoucade. From the beginning to the end, she has been nothing less than an amazing, professional and courteous person. When I first experienced my problems with my vehicle, I expressed my concerns and disappointment in a Cordial and Civilized manner. The sales agent in return showed empathy towards my constraints and in turn, forwarded my email of concerns to the Sales Manager, Mr John. Gribbins. I emailed Mr John Gribbins in details of my situation. Surprisingly, less than 24 hours, I received a missed call from the sales manager along with an email to verify that he received my message and would like for me to reach out to him as soon as possible. I made contact with Mr. Gribbins and he advised me to relocate to the location the following day so we can see how we can solve my situation. Once I arrived at Global Imports BMW, Mr Gribbins took time away from his busy schedule which I witnessed personally while I was at the location waiting. Mr Gribbins listened to my concerns and at the same time, was able to come up with a solution which I was most pleased about. RESPECT and HONESTY was well admired. Mr Gribbins referred me to a wonderful sales agent by the name of Abel Ramirez. Abel was a blessing in disguise for he took his time and patience to make sure that the rest of my experience at the dealership would be an unforgettable one full of everlasting memories. Abel thanks for the search and discovery on my final choice of vehicle. Your effort was well appreciated. My Overall experience in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership was exceptionally remarkable. In the end, I am pleased and satisfied that I purchased my vehicle from Global Imports BMW. More
