I contacted them via the Internet and was called back by someone named Favor, who put me in touch with a “sales associate” named Taylor, whom I told I wanted the X5 I was inquiring about the first time we s someone named Favor, who put me in touch with a “sales associate” named Taylor, whom I told I wanted the X5 I was inquiring about the first time we spoke and didn’t want to lose it to anyone else. I offered earnest money and reiterated I didn’t want to lose the vehicle during our first call, and was lead to believe there was plenty time for that and that he’d send me pics after it was detailed the next morning. The next morning I was told it had cleaned up nicely and I again stated I wanted the car. I was eventually sent a finance form which I was completing when I got a call saying another sales associate was asking about the car for another out of state buyer and that I needed to send in another form (which wouldn’t print) so I could use a credit card for the earnest money I’d tried to provide 24 hours earlier. As I scrambled to complete the unprintable form from xxxx, I was called back and told we’d lost the car because Taylor had ignored my concerns over losing the car three times and someone else was allowed to put down earnest money before he’d allowed me to try. What a complete clown outfit run by unprofessional idiots. Avoid this xxxxshow at all cost. More
