I had an excellent experience with Global Imports BMW and working with TY. The process was very easy and painless. I bought a used car that just came in and hadn't been detailed or checked over, but becaus working with TY. The process was very easy and painless. I bought a used car that just came in and hadn't been detailed or checked over, but because I had a preplanned vacation coming up they allowed me to see and drive the car so I could make a decision to buy or not. I decided to buy and by the time I got back in town the car was ready to pick up and looked branch new. The only thing I didn't like is they automatically included a low Jack and Perma Paint options on the original sales invoice without asking me first. Luckily I noticed them and politely declined and they said not a problem we will just line through them and initial they were declined. I know this is a sales tactic and they hope you won't notice. I think they should ask first before they put any extras on the invoice. It would make for a better experience. Overall it was a great experience and Ty did an outstanding job!!!!
