I’m an out-of-state buyer and felt extremely lucky to find a BMW iX that was a perfect match to the car we were waiting for on order here in Colorado that was actually available to purchase. Although the opportunity to buy such a car well ahead of schedule was really exciting, this was a transaction we did not take lightly. We knew this model fairly well, but the idea of working over the phone and moving so quickly could have been a bit nerve racking. Mladen put our mind at ease from start to finish. He was terrific to work with, and his contributions to our buying experience with Global Imports were most appreciated. The same experience continued when we were working with Mike Kim. We did a fast exchange of paperwork, and the transaction was seamless and simple. I couldn’t have asked for more from this part of the transaction and Mike was also a total pro to work with! In short, I could not more highly recommend Mladen, Mike, and the entire team at Global Imports.
