I order my vehicle a few months back. The order process was fine, nothing great but it was fine. After the order was placed I received zero updates on the progress of the car. I finally was provided a production number after asking multiple times. With the number I was able to call the BMW genius who informed me where the car was and the name of boat it was being shipped on. Once the car made it to USA, the sales person provided a little more updates. Recently I completed paperwork on the car and got to meet one of the finance employees. The guy seemed nice on the surface. I had a rate locked in with BMW financing, however he would honor that rate and said the rate was 1% higher. Said the rate BMW showed me was an example. I’m planning on paying off the car early just so this place gets just a little less of my money. He had a lot of information about the protection plans, but don’t know how much of that information was true. A little to loose with the facts for my taste. The line between facts fiction and opinion was blurred. I did not enjoy this buying experience More
