Another exceptionally good experience working with Sales Representative Deon DeSouza. Deon was then and continues to be a major factor for continuing to do business with Global Imports BMW, which has pretty extraordinary customer service in its own rights. I also actually enjoyed working with Travis who arranged and processed all of the financial paperwork. He has the perfect character disposition for doing this - very calm, efficient, and thorough explaining everything. And with "Fixer" Jean Debois for sorting out the inspection and maintenance invoicing and receipts as I requested. Even though I was not buying a new car, the experience was the same and the car was like new after they finished preparing it for me. I highly recommend this Sonic dealership for anything to do BMWs! More
