My car was ready sooner than expected, it was clean, and Tom personally went and got it so I wouldn't have to wait any longer than necessary. The waiting area and rest rooms are clean and comfortable. They have wi-fi, so I could do some work while waiting. They're very organized, the place is clean, and they communicate well.
