Greg was great to work with as he was friendly and knowledgeable. It was also great that the technician, Bill, sat down with us to answer all of my questions. After Bill inspected the car and knew it would take several hours to fix, Greg insisted that the courtesy car driver take me home. When my car was ready, Greg called me to let me know my car had been washed and was ready to be picked up. Overall, the customer service was very good. The only criticism, based on my experience, was waiting. Although I made an appointment for 11:30AM (I arrived at 11:00AM to make sure I was on time), my car was not even looked at until 1:30PM. They take walk-ins and put them in before my car! So, what was the point of the appointment? This is neither Greg nor Bill's fault, but it should be addressed by the managers. More
I arrived and was greetly promptly and courteously. I only waited 2 minutes to be taken by the service consultant. I bought my 2006 Hundai Tucson new at Global Auto Mall, and I have taken it back there for all its' servicing. I have dealt almost exclusively with Greg because he understands exactly what I need to have and I have taken it back there for all its' servicing. I have dealt almost exclusively with Greg because he understands exactly what I need to have done and offers me the best deal. He constantly keeps me posted on the progress that is being made while I wait. He is very professional, courteos, and helpful. I trust him to let me know what I need to watch for as the vechile gets older. I have 101,848 miles on it! I am always treated like I matter to all the people I deal with in the service department. I have no complaints at all with the service team at Global Automall. I worked with Debra, who listened carefully to all of my questions that I had concerning my first oil change. Everyone from the service consultant ,the cashier, the service tech and john the man who drove the me home and back again to my jeep were very freindly and pleasant people I had a very good exprincnce. I bought the jeep from salrono/dunae and stopped going there becase the of hte are rude and cocky attitude that seeems to be fostered by there service manager Geogre and I have heard bad things about him from other people also.
