Save yourself the aggravation - don't use Chevy services. I took my Chevy truck there and asked to replace the airbag sensor since the service light came on and it seems to be a common GMC/Chevy issue. I was I took my Chevy truck there and asked to replace the airbag sensor since the service light came on and it seems to be a common GMC/Chevy issue. I was told the anaylsis will cost $120 which I questioned since I already told them what was wrong but I agreed. 2 hours later I get the call, $900 and something to replace the 2 x $60 parts and "this and that and what else" need repairs. I picked up the car, paid the $140 that I owed them for telling them what was wrong, hopped on Amazon, order the parts and replaced them myself - took me less than an hour and $120 later. If you want to know what "else" is wrong with your car and like to drop $2-3,000 on a quick repair, go there and walk away angry and feeling used. I did once before for a bearing replacement - sorry not again. More

There were a few items that had to be taken care of and it was agreed I could bring the Azera back to take care of them. I couldn’t bring the car back right away and was concerned that they might not honor the promises they made to me. Well, I recently brought it back to Global and thanks to Craig Horsch in preowned sales and James Kursay in service they made good on everything in a very friendly and conscientious way. Great team! I would definitely do business with Global Auto Mail again! More

Dishonest.... and terrible service I purchased at this dealer and I found negotiating price was more pleasant than usual as the sales guy I worked with was really easy going and not try I purchased at this dealer and I found negotiating price was more pleasant than usual as the sales guy I worked with was really easy going and not trying to intimidate me, which is common with male sales agents on female buyers. But I was not thrilled with the finance department trying to work in a maintenance contract into the loan - slipping that in so you don't notice it in the zillions of sheets of paper your are signing. I also had to fight with them to get reimbursed for the blatant over-charge on registration fees when I purchased the car... I had to make 3 phone calls because everyone I spoke to either didn't really know how car registration works, or someone was not being truthful about why they charge $411 for registration, when registration, title and transferring plates only costs $194 total. It's because they know most people won't question it. So consumers are getting ripped off to the tune of close to $217. I was told the extra charge is for the "4 year registration" but you don't register a car for 4 years..... and while the inspection sticker on a new car is good for 4 years, that is free..... So I demanded refund of the difference between the final registration amount on the receipt I received from the DMV when my registration came in the mail, and the registration amount I paid to Global Auto Mall. They fought me on it however. And even told me that the DMV would send me a check. I also detest my experience with the Service department, which compared to the sales area is dark hole in the back of the building. I made an appointment for recall work (meaning the manufacturer is paying for the parts and work, and recommends you do it!) and I showed up for my svc. appt. for this warranty work and after having 3 separate people say "what are you here for" after I told each person what my appointment was for.... and then waiting close to an hour, I had to go back home because they didn't have the parts (how do you make service appointments without checking to make sure you have the parts for the job???) I was clearly annoyed from my time now wasted and on top of it -- the Service managers tried to intimidate me into not getting the new tires promised/recommended by the manufacturer in a formal factory recall. I'd say maybe they planned to get the 4 new tires and keep them/resell to someone else, but get paid for doing the work on my car by Hyundai. Why else would you argue with a customer about whether or not the recall work should be done??? Hyundai didn't say "we'll see if you need new tires" in their recall notice, they said "we recommend you replace them." I scheduled an appointment for a recall on the tires (replace all 4) and I arrive, it takes them an hour to tell me that they don't have the replacement tires in stock. And this was after I argued with the guy that he can check the inventory system for the tires before they pull my car into the bay for "inspection" and -- there's nothing to inspect - the tires were recalled by the manufacturer... you replace them. It's not a question of whether Global Auto Mall THINKS they need replacing.... you replace them. So they argued with me, I was furious, left in a huff having wasted a total of nearly 2 hours, go no work done, and now I will never trust that service department again. [update] so the day AFTER I left GAM service dept, they call me to say "the parts are in." I call to schedule service appointment, speak to service dept and make the appointment for the replacement of the tires. I say to the service guy "can you just CHECK to make SURE the parts are in?" Well, he can't, but he can transfer me to the parts department. I then have to tell the story again to a new person, have her check to see if the tires are in, and she says "no, those are on back order." Ok, so I say - "well, then can you cancel the service appointment I made 2 seconds ago to replace the tires?" She says "No, I'll have to transfer you back to the service department." And xfer me she does - to now the 4th person I have to speak to, to cancel the appointment I just made. Really? I can't imagine how they make any money if they are paying people to stand around talking to customers, making appointments for work they can't do because they don't have the parts. And, then dealing with the aggravated customers who juggle their schedules, drive to the dealership expecting the work to be done, only to be told AFTER they arrive and check the car in and speak to 3 more people that the parts aren't there. Not only is this an AWFUL customer experience and waste of time, it's a waste of resources a the dealership. Wasted time is money. If they want to attract people to buy these higher end cars, they're going to be higher end people, who expect to be treated better. Shame. More

I have purchased two vehicles with Global Auto Mall, and for many of my service visits, I have had the pleasure of working with Angelica Mejia. She is consistently a joy to work with and I am always relieved when I see she is who I have been assigned to when I come in. Despite a hectic environment, Angelica always takes the time to not only be courteous, but to more importantly explain the situation in a way that makes sense and makes me feel comfortable. With my last vehicle, she stayed well past closing multiple times to ensure I had everything I needed and that I was satisfied. At the end of the day, when every dealership is selling the same product, it's service that sets you apart and Angelica helps you do just that. More
