My car is about a year old and I had a problem and was stranded on the highway. Roadside assistance came to tow me to the dealership to get the car repaired. When I called my dealership to let them know, they weren't too willing to help - especially with a loaner car (even though I'm supposed to get one). I called the other nearby dealer, which was Global Auto Mall, and spoke to the service manager - Rick Schreck - who was immediately willing to help, even though I didn't purchase the car from them. They were out of loaner cars, so Rick called a local car rental company and arranged for a car for me. When I arrived, everyone was extremely friendly and professional. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the new part and fixed the car in two days. When I returned to pick up the car, they were again super friendly - from the service managers Rick and Tom, to Vito and the other mechanics, and even all the girls at the desk. They tested the car thoroughly to assure there wouldn't be a repeat problem, and gave me back my car freshly washed. I honestly can't believe how friendly and accomodating everyone there was, especially considering I didn't by the car from them, this was my first time there, and they were fixing a warranty part so I wasn't paying anything for the work. I plan to have my car serviced there in the future, and would highly recommend to anyone to use the service department at Global Auto Mall. And I will seriously consider buying my next car from them simply because of the experience in the service department. More
Everyone was friendly and the place was clean and organized. I was able to make an appointment on line and my car was being looked at 5 minutes after I arrived. The problem was found and brought to me within a half hour, and it was fixed and I was rolling out the door in about 90 minutes total. I waited on site, and Tom kept me updated, which is good. It seems so much longer when you hear from no one, so to be updated once in a while helps the time pass more quickly. This was my third trip there and the experience has been consistent. More
My experience with this dealership has always been a great satisfaction. Everyone welcomes me with open arms when I come in to have my car serviced. Check-in went smoothly. Submitted information to the friendly receptionist who offered me coffee. Met with a service advisor a few minutes later to review service rerquests. I had an Archadia and thought I received great service. I was a bit reluctant to buy elsewhere but to my surprise I'm so glad I did. The staff here was Ppeasant, professional,and efficient! Today I had an exceptional experience at Global Auto Mall, in no small part due to Mr. Nesbit's friendly and attentive service. He greeted me soon after I submitted my claim receipt to the receptionist and told me I would have to wait only an hour for the oil change to be performed on my car; I'm happy to report that the service was completed in the time promised and for a reasonable fee. Mr. Nesbit and the employees who performed the service on my car made a pleasant experience out of something I would normally find bothersome and time-consuming. I would absolutely return to Global to get my car serviced, and I would recommend it to my relatives and friends without hesitation. I purchased my car in the beginning of this year. This is my first service visit - oil change. Mr. Tom Nesbitt was very nice and helpful. The guys in the service dept were nice and courteous. Thsy even noticed that I had a brake light out and replaced it. They provided a shuttle ride home because I could not wait while the car was being services.
