I have purchased 2 cars from Francisco Chaparro (Hyundai Elantra and Jeep Commander) and he has been great. The staff was very friendly and hearing to them deal with other customers - i found them to be very sympathetic and did there best to work with people. The waiting area for service is nice and refreshments where offered. I also liked that a complimentary car wash was offered and given - i was planning on getting a washed and they saved me $12. I purchased the extended maintenance on my car so the best part was signing the bill and having a $0 bottom line. A positive experience all around from purchasing my car to my first oil change. This is the second car we have purchased from Global and will defiantly be going back when in need of another car. More
A very positive experience. Debra was very nice to meet first thing on a Saturday morning. Very friendly, funny and a great personality which is needed for a service area. I am giving my rating because of the fine4 experience during my service. I arived for my scheduled appointment on time and within 5 minutes, on a saturday no less, my car was ready to be serviced. I recently purchased a new Elantra from Lester Glenn in Toms River (about 40 min from home). As part of the deal, I received free oil changes for lifetime of vehicle.I preferred to have my maintenance done Toms River (about 40 min from home). Rick was so accomdating and even though I did not purchase my vehicle from this facility, he agreed to honor my free lifetime oil changes in exchange for having them provide my regular maintenance service. I am so thrilled and appreciative of this. If this is an indication of how they run their total business, I would highly recommend them! More

He is kind and goes over my service reports in detail and keeps me informed with the recommended maintenance for the mileage that my car is at. More

When I arrived at the service desk I was given a token for a free cup of coffee then proceeded to speak with Greg Terracciano who I found to be friendly and easy to work with. My car was ready right on time and the work done was to my complete satisfaction and to top that, the price was much lower than I expected it to be. They even gave me a free car wash! GLOBAL ROCKS!! Greg explained all the service that my 2009 Jeep would require. He expalined that the harsh winter may have taken a toll on the differential. I also found the cost could be reduced by applying one of my discounts for being a loyal customer. Overall, the experience was better than expected and was completed in less time than estimated. Had a service done on Saturday May 14, 2011, and though it was busy, they took the jeep and did the service fairly quickly. First class treatment by all I dealt with, and when I walked to lot looking for a used vehicle and or a new vehicle there was plenty of help in the lot.
