To date, everything about Global Automall has been exceptional. First, I got the vehicle I wanted at a great price. Everytime I come to Global I have excellent customer service. Tom goes out of his way to help me out all the time and I appreciate that! I purchased a vehicle approximately a year ago from Global, and was not happy with that purchase. I attempted several times to be placed in a different vehicle, to no avail. So this one day, a few wee Global, and was not happy with that purchase. I attempted several times to be placed in a different vehicle, to no avail. So this one day, a few weeks ago, I brought that vehicle in for an oil change. In talking with the service person, I explained my dissatisfaction with this vehicle, and what could I do to be put in another vehicle. The service person called Mr. Terrell. I was escorted to his desk. I explained my whole situation and prior experience with Global to Mr. Terrell. He was very concerned, attentive and apologetic. There were a few questions asked, a little paperwork, and in no time I was leaving with the car that I originally wanted. I can't begin to tell you how happy and excited I was. Mr. Terrell made me regain my faith in Global. My thought is I've been paying for a vehicle for about a year that I didn't like. The car note doesn't seem so bad when it's a car that you really love.
