I have owned my Sonata for 5 years and have always been very pleased with the service. The drive up service bay is great and I feel confident about bringing my car there for maintenance. If this review sounds too good to be true you might be thinking "someone from the dealership wrote it", trust me, Im not. I wouldnt bother taking the time to do most reviews but I sincerely feel that dealing with Global Auto Mall is such a different car buying experience that I had to write the review. I will undoubtedly buy my next car from there (depending on how the Hyundai holds up over the years!) More

I travel from Staten Island NY to this service dept. The people here are friendly as well as professional. As soon as i pull into the service dept there is someone to immediately give me a ticket and take m people here are friendly as well as professional. The service writer Greg Terracciano is very helpful and makes his customers feel like their in good hands and i will continue to deal with him in the future.
