My name is mrs. Colon, my husband died three months ago and didnt know where to bring my car. A friend told me to take it to global automall on rte 22. I know christmas is in December but i met a great per and didnt know where to bring my car. A friend told me to take it to global automall on rte 22. I drove into the service garage and was met by a nice young man who intructed me to go to the front counter they were so very nice and asked me to wait and while i was waiting there was a man who greeted everyone and was joking with everyone. I thought he was a greeter hired to greet everyuone as they came in. When my name was called that same man took care of me. he said his name was Rick the service manager I figured i'd end up with a huge bill and being taken advantage of but i wasnt my bill was only $70. We talked for a minute and i told rick i was by myself and he said well no longer you are now a part of the Global family he told me I could call anytime or stop down anytime for anything it doesnt even have to be for just the car. The previous service rep I had did a poor job each time I came in for service in which I have been taking my car to Global Auto Mall since I purchased my car in 2005 and paid my car off early in 2006. It is with pleasure that I write a few words to express my satisfaction concerning my recent trip to Global Automall for service and repair. I have dealt prmarily with Greg because I think it's a good thi my satisfaction concerning my recent trip to Global Automall for service and repair. I have dealt prmarily with Greg because I think it's a good thing to have the same Service Consultant each time I go. I feel Greg has gotten to know me and my car. He has always been very friendly, very knowledgable, and very professional. He questions what problems I might be having, what services I came in for, determines what jobs need to be done according to the milage, and makes recommendations accordingly. He makes every attempt to make sure I am comfortable as I wait for my vehicle. At regular intervals, he lets me know how the work is progressing and, if necessary, what costs are involved. He handles things in a very timely manner. He gives me the best price he can and makes sure I get the right mechanic for the work that needs to be done. I have never had to bring my car back for something that wasn't done or wasn't done right. I am a totally satisfied customer. Even though I deal primarily with Greg, I have a very good relationaship with Tom and Debbie as well. Believe it or not, I actually look forward to coming in and seeing each one. They all make me feel very comfortable, very welcomed, and always show appreciation for my business. The girls who are on duty when I call for an appointment are very polite and thorough. When I come for my appointment, I find they have written everything down on the computer that I have mentioned. There is no need to repeat things over and over. I have 96,660 miles on my car. I purchase my Sonata from Global this past summer. From the moment I steped in the door I got nothing but great service. When I got an e-mail requesting that I bring my car in to check the tires, I was amazed that I had been alerted about my tires and surprised that I could I setup the appointement online. This dealership is a class act and I was treated like a VIP from the moment I drove up to the service entrance. On Tuesday, I took my car in for the 3000 mile serviced and just as before, I got the royal treament, Debra, my service rep, was just great as she was before and she got me in and out in short order.
