The previous service rep I had did a poor job each time I came in for service in which I have been taking my car to Global Auto Mall since I purchased my car in 2005 and paid my car off early in 2006. Since I have had Debra and Thom to work with, they have taken care of my service issues right away and they are always very friendly and very helpful with any problems I have with my auto. These 2 people are an "asset" for Global Auto Mall and because of them I would purchase another auto from this dealership and would recommend friends and family to this dealer. More
It is with pleasure that I write a few words to express my satisfaction concerning my recent trip to Global Automall for service and repair. I have dealt prmarily with Greg because I think it's a good thi my satisfaction concerning my recent trip to Global Automall for service and repair. I have dealt prmarily with Greg because I think it's a good thing to have the same Service Consultant each time I go. I feel Greg has gotten to know me and my car. He has always been very friendly, very knowledgable, and very professional. He questions what problems I might be having, what services I came in for, determines what jobs need to be done according to the milage, and makes recommendations accordingly. He makes every attempt to make sure I am comfortable as I wait for my vehicle. At regular intervals, he lets me know how the work is progressing and, if necessary, what costs are involved. He handles things in a very timely manner. He gives me the best price he can and makes sure I get the right mechanic for the work that needs to be done. I have never had to bring my car back for something that wasn't done or wasn't done right. I am a totally satisfied customer. Even though I deal primarily with Greg, I have a very good relationaship with Tom and Debbie as well. Believe it or not, I actually look forward to coming in and seeing each one. They all make me feel very comfortable, very welcomed, and always show appreciation for my business. The girls who are on duty when I call for an appointment are very polite and thorough. When I come for my appointment, I find they have written everything down on the computer that I have mentioned. There is no need to repeat things over and over. I have 96,660 miles on my car. When it comes time to get another one, I will head straight to Global Automall to purchase one and will continue to have it serviced there as well. Thanks very much, June Burggaller More

I purchase my Sonata from Global this past summer. From the moment I steped in the door I got nothing but great service. The salesman knew his product,answered all my questions and gave me a great deal on the moment I steped in the door I got nothing but great service. When I got an e-mail requesting that I bring my car in to check the tires, I was amazed that I had been alerted about my tires and surprised that I could I setup the appointement online. This dealership is a class act and I was treated like a VIP from the moment I drove up to the service entrance. On Tuesday, I took my car in for the 3000 mile serviced and just as before, I got the royal treament, Debra, my service rep, was just great as she was before and she got me in and out in short order. I feel valued as a customer and some of the sales and service reps have even become friendly with my family and I. Tom Nesbit has really been a pleasure to deal with and get to know over the years. I trust him 100% to take care of us and ensure that we get the service and treatment that is important to us and sets them apart from other dealers. We have had many bad experiences, but when we bought our first car from Global and had such a positive experience during regular service, we were so pleased that we never wanted to go anywhere else. That has continued through the years. Even if an issue arises, they are quick to resolve it without hassle. Tom and the service team at Global have earned our loyalty, praise and appreciation. More
Car was under waranty and would not start. Had to be towed to service center. battery was charged and I was sent home. Next day car wouldn't start. Car was brought back to dealer and I was given a lo towed to service center. battery was charged and I was sent home. Next day car wouldn't start. I purchased a Sonata back in 2011 and opted for the Service Option as part of my purchase at Global Automall -- I have been very pleased with that decision. The dealer might be a few miles out of my daily travels but well-worth it. Debbie, my Service Manager, and the entire Service Department really excel at making sure the service is consistently top-notch. The friendliness, positive attitude and thorough attention to detail is impressive. How many times do folks go to dealerships and share humor while getting good service. Debbie always makes sure to review all actions/checks for service bulletins and always checks to make sure I'm satisfied. Two visits ago I came in for service and before I got there a construction vehicle had dropped a 5 gal paint pail in front me and others on Rt 22. I got some paint in the wheel wells and fenders. What a mess! But the crew chief who accepted my service arrival immediately said let's get this solved -- it was not their fault -- but they did resolve and gave me extra cleaner just in case. The crew in the service department really does love what they do. More
